What we are good for

• Measurements that are not printed on a listing, when we have them.
• Whether a given bag reaches a given strap drop on a shorter or taller frame.
• What a colourway actually looks like next to another one, since screens lie about beige.
• How a material behaves over time, including the parts of the answer you will not enjoy.
• Anything wrong on this site: a number that contradicts itself, a page that will not load.

What we cannot help with

We do not have access to orders. The shop that takes your payment is our retail partner, not us, so we cannot look up an order, change an address, or tell you where a parcel is. Their own account area and their own support handle all of that, and they can do it in minutes where we would only be guessing.

Before you write

The strap drop finder answers the most common question we get, which is some version of will this sit where I want it. The journal covers depth, faux suede and hardware in more detail than a reply would.

Where we are

That is the studio, not a shop. There is no till and no stock room behind it, so nothing on this site can be bought or returned at the door, and a parcel sent to that address will not reach the people who handled your order. It is where the samples live and where the measurements on this site get taken, and it is the address to use if you need a postal one for us rather than for a purchase.
