What exactly is strap drop?

The straight line distance from the top of your shoulder to the top edge of the bag when it is hanging. It is not the length of the strap, which is roughly double that plus the width of your shoulder. Drop is the number that tells you where the bag lands.

Is this real leather?

No. We work in vegan leather, which is a coated synthetic, and in faux suede. Neither is animal hide and we do not describe them as such. They wipe clean more easily than leather and they will not develop a patina.

How many bags come with two straps?

9 of our 30 colourways include two straps, and 14 have a strap that comes off completely so you can swap in one of your own.

Which bags can I wear across the body?

18 bags in the range reach a crossbody drop. An adjustable strap counts here if its range reaches that far, which is why that number and the shoulder and underarm counts add up to more than the catalogue.

Why does the same bag appear in several colours with the same rating?

Because a listing covers a whole set of colourways and the rating belongs to the listing, not to one colour. We show the count honestly rather than repeating it as if each colour had earned it separately.

Can I buy a strap on its own?

Yes, there are replacement straps in the minis and straps section. A wider strap on a bag you already own is the cheapest way to change how it wears.

How do I clean faux suede?

Dry brush in one direction with a soft brush. Do not soak it, do not use heat to dry it, and do not use a wire brush made for real suede, which will pull the nap out rather than lift it.

Where do I track my order?

With our retail partner, in the account you used to place it. We are the label, not the shop, so we have no visibility of orders at all.

Do you take payment on this site?

No. There is no basket here. Every button takes you to the listing for that colourway with our retail partner, and payment happens there under their terms.
