Short version: not from us. Every bag on this site is sold and shipped by our retail partner, and the terms you see at their checkout are the terms that apply.

Why we do not quote delivery times
Because we would be making them up. Dispatch speed, carrier choice and the cost of getting a parcel to your address are all set by our retail partner and vary by where you are and what else is in your basket. Anything we printed here would be a number we cannot stand behind, and a confident wrong number is worse than no number.
The buttons on this site take you to the listing for that exact colourway. The real terms are shown there before you commit to anything.
What we can tell you about the parcel
A bag arrives with its strap attached or clipped in alongside it, depending on the design. 14 of our bags have a strap that comes off entirely and 9 come with two, so if a second strap is part of what you ordered it will be in the same box.
Faux suede is packed with the nap in one direction and can arrive looking slightly patched where the packaging pressed on it. That is the nap lying flat, not damage, and brushing it in one direction with a soft dry brush puts it back.
